Simon Chen
President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Simon is President & CEO of Arrival Home Loans and SVP of Pacific Private Money. Prior to joining AHL, Simon was Managing Partner at August Hill, a leading global advisory firm for startups, capital providers, and industry partners.
Before August Hill, Simon held the positions of CEO of ERA Real Estate and EVP of Product and Innovation at Anywhere Real Estate., which globally represent over 340,000 residential and commercial real estate agents. At Anywhere, Simon drove key initiatives focused on strategy, culture, franchise development, and ancillary revenue streams such as mortgage and title.
Earlier in his career Mr. Chen held successful roles as: Head of Corporate Development and Strategy for Move Inc./Realtor.com and was Founding Partner of real estate investment firm Century Pacific Group. He began his career in technology and investment banking.
Simon earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and is a licensed real estate broker (DRE# 01550136) and soon mortgage loan officer, in California.

Margaret Molina
VP of Operations
Margaret has over 30 years of experience in multiple areas of traditional and non-traditional lending. She has a wealth of experience leading and overseeing build-outs, expansion, and growth in operations as well as workflows, underwriting, investor relations/secondary, product development, technology, compliance, and risk management. Margaret successfully achieved non-QM/portfolio product regulatory approval with the OCC, FNMA seller/ servicer, VA, USDA, and FHA Froward Direct Endorsement Approvals.
Prior to joining Arrival Home Loans in 2022, Margaret successfully held executive and senior management positions. Her roles included COO/CLO at Wholesale Capital Corporation, SR. Vice President, Correspondent & Retail Lending Operations, Portfolio Lending Product Development, Warehouse Lending Operations, Compliance/Risk and BSA/AML officer at Gateway Bank FSB and SR. Manager of Operations at AAG, overseeing & leading the build-out of the Forward Mortgage Division, Operation, Investor Relations/Secondary Market, Servicing, and Compliance.
